2.2項(xiàng)目概況與建設(shè)規(guī)模：對(duì)者樓河岸坡沖刷、過度白化硬化及防洪能力不足河段堤岸進(jìn)行生態(tài)改造15km，無堤防段岸線植被恢復(fù)23.65km，河道清淤疏浚3km，沿河岸農(nóng)田集中分布區(qū)域構(gòu)建生態(tài)溝渠2km。保護(hù)傳承利用歷史水文化(兼顧當(dāng)?shù)孛褡逦幕麄?建設(shè)6項(xiàng);強(qiáng)化公眾愛河護(hù)河意識(shí)建設(shè)4項(xiàng)。河湖水域岸線管理保護(hù)與河湖管護(hù)能力提升智慧監(jiān)管設(shè)施建設(shè)。助力流域區(qū)域高質(zhì)量發(fā)展，沿河湖綠色廊道進(jìn)行生態(tài)步道建設(shè)8km及親水游園節(jié)點(diǎn)建設(shè)4處;打造宣傳節(jié)點(diǎn)與水文化IP等內(nèi)容。

2.4服務(wù)期限：自合同生效之日起至項(xiàng)目竣工驗(yàn)收合格止,滿足業(yè)主進(jìn)度要求。合同簽訂后45日內(nèi)出具初步勘察及初步設(shè)計(jì)成果文件。
