項目實施 產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)、標定、質(zhì)量控制過程必須符合ISO9001管理程序。在中國大陸設(shè)有 或者代表處，在中國大陸地區(qū)具有相應(yīng)足夠的售后維護能力，應(yīng)提供相應(yīng)的證明材料；7、系統(tǒng)供應(yīng)商必須在中國有良好的售后服務(wù)支持，在國內(nèi)具有符合ISO17025資質(zhì)的維修中心和相應(yīng)足夠的售后維護能力，并應(yīng)出具相應(yīng)證明材料；8、系統(tǒng)供應(yīng)商在國內(nèi)有豐富的樣機儲備，以滿足隨時可能出現(xiàn)的樣機借用事宜；包括頻譜分析儀，開關(guān)單元，功率放大器等；9、本項目不接受聯(lián)合體投標；10、業(yè)績：系統(tǒng)供應(yīng)商應(yīng)在中國至少提供10套第三方檢測機構(gòu)的成功案例系統(tǒng)（其中超過50%為國家級檢測機構(gòu)），并在需要時為系統(tǒng)提供相關(guān)的認證材料：驗收報告或其他支持文件。

7、 3.Qualification Requirements For Bidder Qualifications or Performance：1,Provide power of attorney of legal representative; 2,The bidder shall have the independent legal person status, and provide the copy of business license or business registration certificate, the original for future reference; 3, The manufacturer of the product or the supplier authorized by the legal agent shall provide a copy of the authorization certificate and the original for future reference; 4, the bidder must be registered in the China International Tendering network ( ) member; 5,The tenderer shall not directly or indirectly have any connection with the consulting company or its affiliates entrusted by the tenderee to design, prepare specifications and other documents for the procurement of the bidding goods; 6,The system supplier must pass ISO9001 quality system certification.
