5.談判采購文件售價：每本人民幣300元，售后不退 。

投標人須通過銀行將購買招標采購文件售價足額現金匯入到采購人對公賬戶 。在匯款單上注明標書款、項目編號，匯款單位名稱與投標人名稱須完全一致。

6.需要開具發票的，請提供單位名稱、納稅人識別號、地址、 未曾在中國電力招標采購網（www.dlztb.com）上注冊會員的單位應先注冊。登錄成功后根據招標公告的相說明下載投標文件！
